Southern Brewers Cooperative
Check out this new concept! Five of Alabama’s most influential breweries have formed a new alliance called the Southern Brewers Cooperative.
Huntsville’s Straight to Ale and Salty Nut Brewery, Birmingham’s Good People Brewing and Avondale Brewing, and Tuscaloosa’s Druid City Brewing are changing the game with a new concept! Their new large facility at Stovehouse has freshly brewed beers and a whopping 40 taps to choose from. Along with craft beer, wine and spirits will be available to drink on location. The kitchen features elevated American comfort food to pair with the brews.

Salt Factory Pub
Alabama is getting its first Salt Factory Pub in Huntsville’s MidCity District! The Georgia-based restaurant has been featured on the Food Network with their Braised Lamb Shepherd’s Pie. Salt Factory Pub is a combination of an upscale gastropub that offers approachable cuisine with an extensive beer list. If you want to feel like you’ve stepped into the English Countryside, you’re in luck. You’re sure to catch the vibe with exposed brick walls, dark hardwood floors, cozy booths, and dim lighting.
