Scenic Mountain Drive
The Huntsville area has so many breathtaking natural areas to enjoy at any time but especially during this fall season. A favorite simple activity is to grab your favorite beverage from one of our many local coffee shops, and take a drive up Monte Sano or Green Mountain. The windy and tree-lined drives are sure to inspire you with the showy fall foliage you will see. Atop both mountains, there are common areas for relaxing. Green mountain has a spacious picnic area and an easy hiking trail around the lake.
